Yunnan Network news (reporter Hu Xiaorong) recently, China Civil Aviation Administration issued the “14th Five-year” civil aviation development Plan.During the 14th Five-year Plan period, China will build, renovate and expand 140 airports, involving a total of 12 projects in Yunnan province and 8 new airport projects.Among the airports to be rebuilt, lijiang Airport is involved in renovation and expansion.Among the new airports, honghe Airport will be newly built, Zhaotong Airport will be relocated, and Kunming Airport will be expanded.Among the airports in the preliminary work, nujiang Airport, Xuanwei Airport, Yuanyang Airport, Qiubei Airport, Yuxi Airport, Chuxiong Airport and Mengla Airport have been newly built, and Pu ‘er Airport has been relocated.The plan proposes to speed up the construction of international aviation hubs in 10 cities, including Beijing, Shanghai, Chengdu, Kunming and Xi ‘an.Combined with airport construction and airline network development needs, the national air route network should be continuously optimized, the construction of parallel air routes, air passageways and multi-combination one-way air routes should be continuously promoted, the construction of trunk air routes such as Beijing-Guangzhou, Shanghai-Guangzhou, Shanghai-Kunming and Shanghai-Chengdu should be implemented, and the major passageways such as Shanghai-Lan and Beijing-Kunming should be optimized.Optimize the inbound and outbound routes layout of international hub airports such as Kunming, Xi ‘an, Urumqi and Harbin, promote the separation of inbound and outbound routes in the main operating directions of regional hub airports, improve non-hub airport routes, support the increase and optimization of airline resources in border areas, and promote the effective matching with the existing air route network structure.According to the plan, 11 airports including Kunming will be promoted to build supporting air traffic control projects.We will support the large-scale development of the western region to form a new pattern of opening up, enhance the radiating power and competitiveness of International aviation hubs such as Chengdu, Kunming, Chongqing, Xi ‘an and Urumqi in southeast Asia, South Asia and Central and West Asia, and support the development of China’s western region as a leading area for opening up.
